値を入れる前の変数を使っている可能性があるときの警告です。初期値の入っていない変数は中身が不定なので、計算結果がおかしくなる原因になります。

- int a; と宣言しただけで、値を入れずに使っている
- if の条件によっては値が入らないまま使われる
- 構造体を ZeroMemory() せずに使っている

- 宣言と同時に int a = 0; のように初期値を入れる
- 構造体は ZeroMemory() で初期化する
