「expression has no effect」とは
計算や比較をしているのに、その結果を何にも使っていないときの警告です（MT4 は番号178、MT5 は95）。代入の = を比較の == と書き間違えたときに出ることが多いので、見逃さないようにしましょう。

「expression has no effect」の主な原因
- a == 2; のように、代入のつもりで == と書いた
- 変数名だけ、または計算式だけの行がある
「expression has no effect」の対処法
- 代入なら a = 2; に直す
- 不要な行なら削除する
