「constant expression required」とは
switch 文の case の値や、配列のサイズなど、コンパイル時に決まっている値（定数）が必要な場所に変数を書いたときのコンパイルエラーです。

実際のログでは先頭に「ファイル名(行,列) :」が付きます。ログの行をダブルクリックすると、エラーの場所にカーソルが移動します。表示は 2026年9月の MetaEditor で確認したもので、ビルドによって細部が変わることがあります。
「constant expression required」の主な原因
- case に input 変数や普通の変数を書いた
- 静的配列のサイズに変数を使った（int a[n];）
「constant expression required」の対処法
- case には数値・#define・enum の値を書く。変数と比べたいなら if 文にする
- サイズが変わる配列は動的配列（int a[];）にして ArrayResize() する
